● Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle - from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
● Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified IT professionals.
● Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
● Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
● Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
● Collaborate with the HR team for joining formalities and documentation.
● Support HR operational tasks such as employee onboarding, engagement activities, and policy implementation (as and when required).
Pay: ₹9,460.90 - ₹35,000.00 per month
