Greet clients, applicants, and visitors with a warm, welcoming, and culturally sensitive demeanor.
Conduct initial client intake, collect basic demographic data, and ensure accurate record creation in the firm’s CRM software.
Answer, screen, and log incoming phone calls, identifying whether caller queries pertain to recent consultations, existing visa application updates, or general legal inquiries.
Respond to general emails, web form inquiries, and live chats regarding firm services and process timelines.
Schedule, confirm, and manage consultation calendars for immigration agents, caseworkers, and attorneys.
Receive, scan, upload, and organize sensitive immigration files.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
