Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer relationship skills, and a positive attitude toward sales.

You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services and communicate offers clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow up with leads and potential customers.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Strong customer relationship and customer-handling skills.
Confident, positive, and friendly personality.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.

Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
