Roles and Responsibilities:
Research and design the most efficient and appropriate technology architecture to achieve company objectives.
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining products.
Liaise with Product to understand functional and non-functional requirements and align with the business strategy
Liaise with other senior technical leaders to align with the overall technology strategy.
Liaise with QA for product releases.
Facilitate technology and methodology decision making throughout the team, including standardization, code reviews, reusable code base development, best practice, source control and deployment processes.
Stimulate hiring, career plans, training as well as OKR reviews for software engineering team, including employee coaching, mentoring, development, and team building

Desired Candidate Profile:




5 - 7 years of professional experience in Software Development with minimum 1+ years of mentoring junior resources in the ream.
Expert in software development with Node.Js and more of the following languages: Typescript, Go, Python, Java.
Have built real-life applications on Microservices Architecture
Have a solid understanding of both object oriented programming and functional programming.
Expert in MySQL and MongoDB.
Robust foundation in container orchestration with Kubernetes or GKE
Familiar with Nginx, Redis, IOC, CI/CD, and Unit Testing.
