Essential Qualification
Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, pivot analysis), PowerPoint (corporate decks), and Word.
Robust command over LMS operations and training management systems.
Ability to work with survey tools, assessment platforms, and e‑learning authoring tools.

Preferred Skills
Understanding of sales funnels, productivity drivers, and insurance sales behavior.
Familiarity with onboarding, compliance, and regulatory training requirements (IRDA, POSP norms).
Skill in translating business challenges into capability development interventions.
Ability to support special programs like Propel, Ignite, Ascend, Red Manager upliftment trainings.
