Job Summary

Aufait Technologies is looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging digital experiences for web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have solid UX/UI design skills, hands-on experience with Figma, and a valuable understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and user needs and translate them into effective UX solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
Design intuitive and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing when required.
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
Identify usability issues and recommend design improvements.
Incorporate user and stakeholder feedback into design iterations.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across digital products.




Present design concepts and explain design decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in UX Design, UI/UX Design, or Product Design.
Strong proficiency in Figma.
Good understanding of UX principles, user-centred design, and usability.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and UI designs.
Experience designing web and/or enterprise applications.
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant UX/UI work is required.

Preferred Skills
Experience with SaaS or enterprise applications.
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
