Oberon Overseas is looking for a motivated and student-focused Student Advisor to guide aspiring international students throughout their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to achieve targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
Understand students' academic background, career goals, and preferences.
Recommend suitable universities, courses, and countries.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team.
Assist students throughout the admission process until enrolment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Meet monthly counselling and admission targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




Excellent English and Malayalam communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Experience in overseas education counselling is an added advantage.
