Role Overview:

Senior accounts role overseeing day-to-day finance operations, statutory compliance, and payroll for the firm's ongoing infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounting: cash book, bank reconciliation, ledgers, and monthly closing
Oversee GST filing, TDS compliance, and other statutory returns
Review and finalize vendor bills, subcontractor payments, and project-wise cost tracking
Supervise salary bill preparation and payroll processing
Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and finalization of accounts
Prepare MIS reports and cash flow statements for management review
Mentor and guide junior accounts staff

Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred but not mandatory)




Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in accounts (internships not counted toward this)
Prior experience in construction/EPC/infrastructure sector strongly preferred
Solid working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Positive communication skills (Malayalam & English)

Preferred:

Exposure to project-wise costing and billing

Familiarity with government tender/works contract accounting (KWA, PWD, etc.)

Pay Range

From ₹30,000.00

(depending on experience and qualifications)
