Handle basic customer queries and provide initial product support.
Assist customers with basic software-related issues and coordinate for further support when required.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer onboarding.
Participate in sales, marketing, and customer support activities.
