Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Intern who is proactive, organized, people-oriented, and eager to learn. You will get hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and people management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with attendance, leave, and HRMS updates
Support recruitment and interview coordination
Help plan employee engagement activities and events
Assist with HR policies, communications, and internal announcements




Support the HR team in various people-related initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in HR and people management
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Valuable organizational and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Freshers are welcome

Significant: This is a Mumbai-based, full time in-office role. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, and serious about building a career in HR.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
