Qualification Graduation Completed

Age 26 Yrs to 38 Yrs

Job Responsibilities:-
Visit dealers, workshops, garages, retailers, distributors regularly.
Generate recent customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Take customer requirements and prepare quotations/orders accordingly.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders and payments.
Develop new market areas and identify potential customers.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing and availability to customers.
Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts and dispatch teams for timely order delivery.
Collect market feedback regarding customer requirements, product quality and competitor pricing.
Maintain daily records of customer visits, enquiries, orders and sales.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.




Collect outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and field visit reports to HR.
Travel within the assigned territory to increase sales and market coverage.
Maintain qualified relationships with mechanics, workshop owners, dealers, retailers and distributors.

Key Skills Required:-
Good communication and negotiation skills
Sales and customer-handling ability
Field sales and market-development experience
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word and mobile sales applications
Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred
