About the Role

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Intern who will help us identify potential business clients and generate recent prospects for our HR services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential companies and decision-makers.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and online research.
Connect with HR Heads, Business Owners and decision-makers.
Introduce Right Hunt's Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, Compliance and HR Retainer Services.
Schedule meetings with potential clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain the lead pipeline.
Update daily calling and lead-generation reports.
Coordinate with the team to convert qualified leads into clients.

Who We Are Looking For
Fresher / student pursuing BBA, BMS, B.Com,



MBA or a related course.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confident speaking on phone.
Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email and MS Excel.
Energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented.
Sales/BD experience is not mandatory.

Stipend

₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Performance Incentives
