Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker Trainer with hands-on experience in US Freight Brokerage and Logistics. The candidate will be responsible for training and guiding trainees on practical freight brokerage operations and industry processes.
Responsibilities
Train candidates on US Freight Brokerage and Logistics operations
Explain load booking, carrier coordination, rate negotiation, and freight brokerage processes
Provide practical and industry-focused training
Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
Resolve trainee queries and ensure proper understanding of freight operations
Keep trainees updated with practical US trucking and freight industry workflows
Requirements
1+ year of experience in Freight Brokerage / US Logistics
Previous experience as a Freight Broker Trainer or Logistics Trainer is preferred
Robust knowledge of the US trucking and freight industry
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and guide freshers effectively
Practical experience in freight brokerage operations is required
