Job Summary:
Responsible for collecting blood and other clinical samples from patients safely and efficiently, ensuring proper identification, labeling, handling, storage, and transportation of samples while maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and patient-care standards.

Key Responsibilities
Collect blood samples from patients through venipuncture and/or finger-prick methods.
Verify patient identity and ensure correct sample collection as per laboratory requirements.
Explain the sample collection procedure to patients and provide appropriate assistance.
Use proper techniques to minimize patient discomfort and prevent complications.
Label, record, and document all collected samples accurately.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sample collection area and equipment.




Follow infection-control procedures and biomedical waste-disposal protocols.
Check and maintain required collection materials, including tubes, needles, gloves, and other consumables.
Handle difficult or special cases appropriately and report any adverse reaction or complication to the concerned medical/laboratory staff.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with laboratory policies and applicable safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of daily sample collections and related activities.
Coordinate with laboratory staff, nurses, doctors, and patients as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
