Job Responsibilities:
Handle VMC production and overall shop-floor activities.
Plan, monitor, and achieve daily production targets.
Manage VMC operators, setters, and allocate work efficiently.
Monitor machine setting, tooling, and process parameters.
Ensure production as per drawings and specifications.
Monitor product quality and reduce rejection and rework.
Optimize cycle time and improve production efficiency.
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
Ensure proper safety and discipline on the shop floor.
Guide and train operators and setters whenever required.
Required Skills:
12+ years of experience in VMC production.
Robust knowledge of VMC machines, tooling, and machining processes.
Valuable knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
