Job Description

We are looking for a Tally & Payment Executive who will be responsible for maintaining accounts in Tally and actively managing customer payments and outstanding receivables.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / Tally Prime.
Maintain customer ledgers and regularly update payment records.
Prepare and monitor outstanding payment reports.
Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments.
Focus on timely collection of outstanding amounts.
Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp and emails regarding payment status.
Share invoices, statements and payment details with customers whenever required.
Maintain proper records of payment commitments and follow-up status.
Reconcile customer accounts and identify any discrepancies.
Coordinate with the accounts and sales team regarding pending payments.




Escalate long-pending and critical outstanding amounts to management.
Ensure all receipts and payment entries are accurately updated in Tally.
Prepare regular receivables and collection reports for management.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is mandatory.
Strong understanding of customer ledgers and outstanding receivables.
Good communication and payment follow-up skills.
Confident and professional while speaking with customers.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid follow-up ability and attention to detail.
Responsible, disciplined and target-oriented.
