WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 Fixed + Incentives up to ₹10,000

Job Description:
Call customers using the data provided by the company.
Explain our daily-delivery subscription app.
Help customers subscribe to our dairy and food products, including milk, paneer, ghee, idly batter and more.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper call records.
Provide friendly and skilled customer support.

Daily Performance Expectations:
Approximately 100 customer leads will be provided every day.
Target: Minimum 5% conversion—around 5 subscriptions per day.




Identify and record approximately 50% of customers as interested prospects.
Incentives will be calculated based on conversions, interested leads and overall performance.

Candidate Requirements:
Any Degree can apply
Valuable Tamil communication skills.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
