Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Surveillance Officer to join our security team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring live CCTV feeds, alarms, and access control systems to maintain safety, prevent loss, and ensure the security of our premises. You will serve as the eyes and ears of the organization, working from a centralized control room to detect anomalies and coordinate rapid responses to incidents.

Key Responsibilities
Live Monitoring: Continuously monitor multiple closed-circuit television (CCTV) screens and security systems to detect unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, or safety hazards.
Incident Coordination: Immediately dispatch on-ground security personnel or contact emergency services (police, fire, medical) during active incidents or breaches.
Logging & Reporting: Maintain accurate, real-time daily activity logs and write comprehensive incident reports for management and law enforcement.
Evidence Retrieval: Identify, isolate, and archive video footage of security breaches or accidents in compliance with legal and data privacy guidelines.
System Audits: Perform routine checks on cameras, monitors, and recording hardware to ensure they are fully operational,



reporting any technical glitches immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator, Surveillance Officer, or in a similar control room setting. FRESHER CAN APPLY
Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating advanced video management software (VMS), digital recording systems, and access control platforms.
Observation: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain high concentration levels when viewing multiple monitors for extended periods.
Communication: Clear, calm, and skilled verbal and written communication skills, especially under high-stress emergency conditions.
Integrity: Strong ethical standards and a proven track record of handling highly confidential visual data appropriately.
Certification: Relevant security certification, licensing, or training in surveillance operations is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
