Job Description:
Helpline Group is seeking a dynamic and skilled Arabic Speaking Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, with robust communication skills and the ability to handle client interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients in Arabic and English through calls, emails, and in-person interactions
Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Assist clients with documentation, application processes, and service-related queries
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements:




Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and good command of English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
