Job Description:

Production Incharge / Plant Head for a machine shop manufacturing industry in Chennai. Candidates should have robust knowledge in Turning, VMC, HMC, and VTL machine shop operations with excellent leadership and manpower handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete machine shop production activities

Monitor production targets, quality, and output efficiency

Handle tooling, fixtures, and machining process improvements

Lead and supervise shop floor manpower effectively

Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations

Ensure production planning, safety, and timely delivery

Required Skills:

Robust machine shop process knowledge

Tooling and fixture handling

Team management and leadership

Production planning and output-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
