Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented PCD Pharma Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop PCD franchise networks, and maintain robust relationships with distributors, stockists, and franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for PCD Pharma franchise prospects.
Contact and develop relationships with distributors, stockists, and prospective franchise partners.
Promote the company's pharmaceutical products and PCD opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer queries and provide product-related information.
Identify new territories and business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with CRM and Operations teams for quotations, orders, and dispatches.
Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales records in the CRM.
Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.





Requirements
Graduate in any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in PCD Pharma Sales, Pharma Marketing, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Experience with pharma distributors, stockists, or PCD franchise customers will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
