We are looking for an experienced NPD Manager with strong hands-on experience in New Product Development and Quality in NPD. The candidate must have relevant experience in the plastic industry and should be capable of managing the complete product development process from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Recent Product Development (NPD) activities.
Develop new plastic products as per customer and market requirements.
Coordinate with design, mould/tool room, production and quality teams.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the NPD process.
Conduct product trials, sampling and validation.
Identify and resolve product and process-related issues during development.
Coordinate with vendors for mould, components and development requirements.




Ensure smooth transfer of new products from development to mass production.
Maintain NPD documentation, specifications and quality records.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in New Product Development.
Must have hands-on experience in NPD Quality.
Must have experience in the plastic industry.
Positive understanding of plastic products, injection moulding and manufacturing processes.
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.
Experience in houseware products such as bottles, containers, lunch boxes, buckets, dustbins, etc. will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
