Job Responsibilities
Manage overall showroom operations and daily sales activities.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Handle Tiles, Bathware, and Stones sales.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, customer follow-ups, and conversions.
Build strong relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and dealers.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Age: 40 years and above.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Tiles or Building Materials industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one company.
Experience in Tiles, Bathware, Stones, or related building materials.
Solid team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage showroom operations.
