Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle accounts related to Associate Partners, Builders, Customers, Vendors, and Employees.
Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, MIS, and accounting statements.
Handle GST, TDS, ITR, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Manage vendor invoices, payments, and office/administrative expenses.
Track and monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and cash flow.
Assist management with budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Independently manage routine accounting operations and financial documentation.





Requirements
4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance.
Real Estate industry experience preferred.
Robust working knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage accounting operations and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility.

Working Details

Working Days: 6 Days Working
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
