Job Summary: IRTH, a premium women's handbag and accessories brand from Titan, is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, build strong customer relationships, and support the store in achieving its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain product displays and store standards.
Support inventory management and billing processes as required.

Requirements:
Graduate or Higher Secondary pass.
1–3 years of experience in premium retail sales or customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail setting.

Store Location: City Centre 2, Recent Town, Kolkata

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
