Job Description

EcoFresh is looking for a Marketing Staff who can handle day-to-day customer interactions, support sales and marketing activities, and manage walk-in customers at our office.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable riding a bike, handling customers, and doing basic business calculations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers at the EcoFresh office every day.
Communicate with existing and potential clients and understand their requirements.
Support sales and marketing activities for EcoFresh products.
Visit clients, shops, distributors, and other business prospects when required.
Handle product deliveries when required using the company-provided bike.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects.
Prepare basic calculations related to orders, pricing, quantities, and payments.
Maintain basic records of customer interactions and sales activities.




Coordinate with the internal team for orders and customer requirements.

Requirements
1 year of relevant experience in marketing, sales, customer handling, or a similar role.
Must know how to ride a bike and have a valid driving licence.
Basic knowledge of calculations, pricing, quantities, and billing.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Should be responsible, active, and comfortable with field visits.
No specific educational qualification required.
Willingness to work from the EcoFresh office daily.
