Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Handle customer negotiations and close sales effectively.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and recent customers.
Support and guide junior sales executives in daily sales activities.
Follow up with customers for enquiries, bookings, and pending sales.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and sales.
Coordinate with billing, inventory, and management teams for smooth transactions.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure proper display and secure handling of jewellery products.
Prepare daily sales reports and share them with the management.
Assist the Store Manager in achieving overall showroom targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain showroom standards.
