Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day store operations smoothly.
Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Pick, pack and dispatch cakes, bakery products and other orders properly.
Coordinate with delivery partners for timely deliveries.
Handle billing, POS and basic cash-related activities.
Ensure proper product quality, packaging and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards at the store.
Manage basic inventory and inform the store manager about stock requirements.
Assist customers and resolve basic queries professionally.
Follow company SOPs, processes and guidelines.
Support the Store Manager and team in daily operations.
Maintain punctuality, discipline and skilled behaviour.
