SALES FIELD – JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Indore
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Sales / B2B Sales
Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 + Incentives
Depends on interview
Key Responsibilities
Set daily/monthly sales targets and monitor performance.
Generate B2B leads through calling, field visits, and market networking.
Handle customer meetings, product demos, quotations, and negotiations.
Develop current markets and maintain existing customer relationships.
Track leads, follow-ups, orders, and daily sales reports.
Achieve monthly team sales targets and revenue goals.
Required Skills
Robust communication & negotiation skills
B2B/field sales experience
Target-oriented and result-focused
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
