Should have exposure in Civil laws / Land acquisitions matters.
To attend to Municipal assessment matters (Howrah and Kolkata) to make documents of tenants purchase/ society redevelopment/ plots/ flats etc. To be able to search for documents regarding acquisition at courts, government offices, solicitor offices.
To coordinate between solicitors, advocates, legal consultants to oversee land survey with demarcation.
