Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive (Incharge) to manage daily showroom operations and drive sales in our silver jewellery store. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining product display, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Showroom at Thane Korum Mall

Key Responsibilities:
Attend and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations
Drive sales and achieve individual as well as showroom targets
Manage day-to-day showroom operations in the absence of the Store Manager
Ensure proper display and merchandising of silver Jewellery as per company standards
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash handling (if required)




Maintain stock levels, coordinate for stock replenishment, and assist in stock audits
Build solid customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and overall upkeep of the showroom
Stay updated with current Jewellery trends and product knowledge.

Salary & Benefits:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
