Position: Cold Caller / Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking Cold Caller to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
Communicate professionally and confidently in English.
Introduce the company, products, and services clearly.
Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
Handle questions, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Provide regular updates on lead status and customer feedback.

Requirements




Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Positive listening and questioning skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or lead generation is an advantage.

Neutral/explicit English accent.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Lead-generation experience.
CRM/data-entry experience.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
