Job Description:
Provide immediate assistance in the assessment and management of emergency and trauma patients under the supervision of doctors and nurses.
Assist in emergency procedures, patient stabilization, resuscitation, and basic life support as required.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and promptly report any abnormal changes to the medical team.
Prepare emergency equipment, instruments, medications, and other necessary supplies for patient care.
Assist in shifting and transferring patients safely to the Emergency Room, ICU, OT, or other departments.
Maintain accurate patient records, procedure documentation, and emergency department registers.
Follow infection control, patient safety, hospital protocols, and emergency care standards.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, ambulance services, and other healthcare departments during emergencies.
