Job Overview

Coco Factory Private Limited is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales & Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries, support sales activities, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
Provide customers with product information and assistance.
Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain customer details, enquiries, follow-ups,



and sales records.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly and sales-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in sales or customer care is an advantage.
Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
