Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Sales Managers for a growing business in the BFSI/Loan Distribution sector. Candidates with solid experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan or Financial Services Sales are preferred.

Loan Distribution
Insurance / Financial Products
Direct / Channel Sales

Requirements:
2+ years of relevant sales experience preferred
Proven record of achieving sales targets
Strong lead generation and conversion skills
Valuable knowledge of loan/financial products
Robust customer relationship management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate business through direct or channel sales




Target-oriented and self-motivated
Existing market/channel relationships will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
Generate new business and leads
Convert leads into business
Achieve monthly sales targets
Develop customer and channel relationships
Handle the complete sales cycle
Develop referral/business networks
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing

Preferred: Candidates from Banking/NBFC/Loan Sales background and immediate/short notice joiners.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
