Job Title: Store Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Officer to manage day-to-day store and warehouse activities, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, material issue, documentation, and stock reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
Inspect materials for quantity, quality, and physical condition.
Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and other store documents.
Properly store and label materials according to the company’s storage system.
Issue materials to departments/projects against approved material requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report shortages.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation for material inward and outward movements.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Projects, and Site teams regarding material requirements.
Ensure proper handling and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.




Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports.
Use ERP / MS Excel for inventory management and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and store-control policies.

Required Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management.
Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software-based inventory systems.
Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
