Key Responsibilities:
Make regular outbound calls to existing and potential business parties to develop new business prospects.
Identify and connect with current parties through calling and follow-up activities.
Introduce the company, products, and business opportunities in a professional and convincing manner.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, stockists, retailers, and other business partners.
Communicate professionally and confidently with parties and understand their business requirements.
Regularly follow up with potential parties and convert inquiries into active business opportunities.
Maintain continuous communication with existing parties and ensure proper customer relationship management.
Understand customer requirements, queries, feedback, and concerns and coordinate with the concerned team for appropriate solutions.
Share product information, price details, availability, and other relevant information as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team regarding recent leads, customer requirements, orders,



and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer details, calling activities, leads, follow-ups, and business discussions in the CRM system.
Prepare daily and weekly calling and follow-up reports for management.
Maintain proper follow-up schedules to ensure that no potential lead or customer is missed.
Collect market feedback and important customer information and share it with management.
Work towards achieving assigned calling, lead-generation, follow-up, and business-development targets.
Maintain a professional, polite, and positive approach during every customer interaction.
