Accurately take customer orders at the counter, takeaway area, or through the café's ordering system.
Enter orders correctly into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Confirm the order with the customer before finalizing it.
Receive cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, mobile payments, and other approved payment methods.
Count cash accurately and provide the correct change.
Verify digital and card payments before completing transactions.
Issue receipts to customers.
Maintain the cash drawer in an organized and secure manner.
Ensure that no unauthorized person accesses the cash register.
Report discrepancies, suspicious transactions, or payment issues immediately to the supervisor.
Avoid accepting damaged, counterfeit, or questionable currency according to café procedures.




Operate the café's POS and billing system efficiently.
Create accurate bills based on customer orders.
Apply approved discounts, offers, coupons, memberships, or loyalty advantages correctly.
Process refunds, cancellations, and void transactions only according to company policy.
Ensure taxes, service charges, or other applicable charges are correctly reflected on bills.
Keep the POS area clean and organized.
Report technical problems with the POS, card machine, printer, or payment system.
