Job Title: Special Educator
Support students with special educational and learning needs.
Prepare Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) according to students’ needs.
Use inclusive, activity-based and personalized teaching methods.
Provide individual and small-group learning support.
Develop students’ academic, communication, social and life skills.
Adapt teaching materials and classroom activities as required.
Monitor students’ progress and maintain proper records.
Identify learning difficulties and provide appropriate support strategies.
Coordinate with parents, teachers and school management.
Encourage students’ confidence, independence and participation.
Maintain a secure, supportive and inclusive learning workplace.
