Job Description

We are looking for an organized and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain company data, and coordinate upcoming customer bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting
Maintain daily accounts and financial records.
Record income, expenses, invoices, and payments.
Handle basic bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation of bills and receipts.
Coordinate with management regarding payments and outstanding amounts.

Data Management
Maintain and update customer and service-related data.
Enter and organize data accurately in Excel/Google Sheets or company software.
Maintain employee, customer, and service records.
Prepare regular data reports for management.
Ensure data is accurate, updated, and properly organized.

Booking Management
Manage and update upcoming service bookings.
Maintain the daily and upcoming booking schedule.
Coordinate with customers regarding booking confirmation and service details.
Follow up on pending, confirmed, rescheduled,



and cancelled bookings.
Ensure all upcoming bookings are properly recorded and tracked.

Requirements
Good knowledge of basic accounting.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Positive data entry and data management skills.
Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of Tally will be an advantage.
Previous experience in service companies or booking management is preferred.
