Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fresher IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and notice period
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess communication skills
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain and update candidate databases
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process




Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets
Maintain good relationships with candidates and internal teams

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills
Willingness to learn IT recruitment and technical skills
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting
Positive attitude and good team-player skills

Preferred
Fresh graduates with a robust interest in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Basic understanding of IT technologies is an added advantage

Salary: As per company standards
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
