We are looking for a CRM Executive with excellent communication skills to manage leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and CRM records. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, organized, confident, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities
Manage leads and customer information in the CRM.
Follow up with leads and existing customers through calls and messages.
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams.
Support lead conversion and customer engagement.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
