Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Respond to customer questions regarding products, orders, delivery, payments, and services.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the required time.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, and other departments for customer-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, replacements, returns, or other concerns.
Provide regular updates to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned senior/team.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.




Prepare basic reports related to customer calls, complaints, and service requests.

Requirements
Graduation in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a related role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and computer operations.
Valuable problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Customer-oriented approach with a polite and professional attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
