We are hiring for Engineer – Customer Technical Service

Required Skills
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
Experience in production supervision and manpower management.
Process monitoring and quality control.
Shop floor management and safety compliance.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving skills.
Reporting, documentation, and audit support.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) – Mechanical

Experience
4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, customer technical service, paint shop, wax management system, or related production processes.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier workplace.
Knowledge of automotive corrosion protection and wax application systems.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Strong analytical, leadership, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts at the customer site.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
