Lesson Planning: Design creative and engaging daily lessons that follow school curriculum guidelines.
Teaching Language and Literature: Instruct students in grammar, punctuation, vocabulary, and reading comprehension.
Guiding Writing: Help students write explicit essays, research papers, and creative pieces.
Assessing Progress: Grade assignments, evaluate tests, and provide helpful feedback for student growth.
Classroom Management: Maintain a protected, respectful, and focused learning workplace.
Parent Communication: Meet with parents and guardians to discuss student behavior and academic progress.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Skills: Strong command of the English language, excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills.
Tech Literacy: Ability to use digital tools and educational software in the classroom.
