Anand Vardhan in Manali is looking for a courteous and energetic Waiter/Server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dining service to our guests, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, present menus, and offer detailed recommendations on food and beverage items.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve orders promptly and maintain table hygiene throughout the dining experience.
Clear tables, handle billing processes smoothly, and reset tables for incoming guests.
Address guest inquiries, feedback, or special requests with a polite and professional attitude.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter, server, or in a similar hospitality/hotel role is preferred (freshers with good communication skills are also welcome).
Friendly, qualified, and customer-focused demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle standing/walking for extended periods.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
