Job Title: Caregiver

Job Summary:

The Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients requiring assisted living, rehabilitation, or long-term support. This role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort, and supporting clinical teams in delivering personalized care.

We also welcome freshers who are passionate about building a career in healthcare. Candidates without prior experience can enroll in our structured training program, followed by internship and placement opportunities within Sukino Continuum Care.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs (as trained) and report any changes in patient condition
Support patient mobility including walking assistance, transfers, and positioning
Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of patients and their surroundings
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Assist nurses and healthcare staff in basic care procedures
Ensure timely medication reminders (as per instructions from medical staff)
Maintain accurate daily care records and reports




Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Respond promptly to emergency situations and escalate when required

Eligibility & Qualifications:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Freshers are welcome – no prior experience required
Candidates without experience can join our Caregiver Training Program, which includes:
Classroom training (theory & practical)
Hands-on internship/on-the-job training
Chance for full-time placement based on performance
Prior experience in patient care, elderly care, or hospital settings is an added advantage

Compassionate, patient, and attentive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare field
Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
