Plan and supervise all Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) activities.
Verify finished products against customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Ensure all inspection reports, test reports, and customer-specific documents are complete before shipment.
Approve products for dispatch only after successful inspection.
Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Logistics, and Customer Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure packaging, labeling, traceability, and quantity comply with customer requirements.
Maintain PDI records and prepare quality reports.
Monitor inspection equipment and ensure calibration status is valid.




Train and guide PDI inspectors on inspection methods and customer requirements.
Support customer audits and internal quality audits.
Drive continuous improvement activities to reduce customer complaints and improve first-pass quality.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (if applicable) and customer-specific requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as PDI rejection rate, customer complaints, dispatch accuracy, and on-time delivery

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
