Job Title: IELTS Trainer (International English Language Testing System Trainer)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IELTS Trainer to prepare students for the IELTS Academic and General Training exams. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, improving students’ English language skills, and helping them achieve their target IELTS band scores.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct IELTS training sessions for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules
Design lesson plans and practice materials aligned with the latest IELTS exam pattern
Assess students’ English proficiency levels and provide personalized feedback
Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance regularly
Train students on exam techniques, time management, and scoring strategies
Track student progress and maintain performance records
Assist students in improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency
Motivate students and address learning challenges effectively
Stay updated with IELTS exam format changes and band score criteria

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Thorough understanding of IELTS Academic and General Training modules
Prior experience as an IELTS/PTE Trainer preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)
IELTS certification or relevant teaching certification is an advantage

Preferred Experience:
1–3 years of teaching/training experience in IELTS or English language coaching
Experience in coaching institutes, language centers, or study abroad consultancies
Familiarity with IELTS band descriptors and assessment criteria
