Job Description:
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
Follow up regularly with clients regarding job requirements, candidate profiles, interviews, and selections.
Maintain strong communication with clients and understand their manpower requirements.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment records, candidate status, and client updates.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients for continuous recruitment requirements.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements:
Any Degree / Diploma.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and client coordination.
Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
Freshers with positive communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge is required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,853.89 per month
